What type of construction debris do you remove?

We remove standard household debris left after construction—dust, nails, packaging, tape, stickers, protective films, and visible adhesive residue. However, we do not remove large construction waste like drywall pieces, lumber, or contractor tools. The construction site should be cleared of major debris before we arrive. Do surfaces need to be dry before you clean?

Yes, absolutely! All painted surfaces, caulk, grout, and finishes must be completely dry and cured before we begin cleaning. We are not responsible for damage caused by cleaning wet paint, uncured caulk, or improperly finished surfaces. This ensures we can clean effectively without causing any damage to your newly completed construction project.

Do you need water and electricity access?

Yes, we require access to both water and electricity for our cleaning equipment to function properly. Our professional-grade vacuums, floor cleaners, and other equipment need power, and we need running water for thorough cleaning and sanitization. Please ensure utilities are active before your scheduled cleaning appointment.

What's NOT included in this service?

Our service focuses on cleaning, not repairs or finishing work. We do not perform paint touch-ups, caulking, repairs, or modifications. We don't clean HVAC systems or ducts beyond accessible vent surfaces. We're not responsible for damage to improperly finished surfaces (unsealed floors, leftover grout, etc.). Final touch-up cleaning for resettled dust is not included unless requested as an additional service. Any unusual conditions will be documented and reported.

How long does Post-Construction Cleaning take?

Typically 4-10 hours depending on the size of the space and amount of construction residue. Larger projects or spaces with heavy dust and debris will take longer. Because post-construction cleaning is so detailed and thorough, it requires significantly more time than standard cleaning. We'll provide an accurate estimate based on your project's square footage and condition when you book your service.
