How many cleaners will be assigned to my home?

Our number one priority is ensuring that your cleaning is completed with the highest quality. Therefore, the number of cleaners that will be sent will often be dependent on the requirements of your home. However, we usually send a crew of 2 to 3 cleaners to most homes. We will let you know the day before your service. If you have any preferences in regard to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know, and we'll do everything we can to work with your requests.

What are your payment methods?

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Our Payment methods are: Credit Card through QuickBooks, Check, Cash, and Zelle. If you do choose to write us a check, please make it payable to MVLG Cleaning Services.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! MVLG is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your complete peace of mind.

How long will my cleaning take?

The most asked question out there! It's no surprise! But, unfortunately, there's no set time limit. We like to take our time and pride ourselves on the quality of our work – so while we would be able to give you a baseline average number, we don't want to be held to that.

Are you pet-friendly?

Absolutely! We love homes with pets. We just ask that you secure any anxious or aggressive pets during our visit to keep everyone safe and comfortable.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. We provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment we need and take them with us when we leave. We're proud to use the best products and vacuums on the market to ensure that we leave your home looking spotless. If you have any preferences in regard to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know, and we'll do everything we can to work with your requests.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Because we work on an 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. schedule, Monday to Saturday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In the majority of these cases, our cleaning crews are provided with a spare key or lockbox/garage code. For your safety, we suggest you have a lockbox in the front, so we are able to open the house, perform the cleaning, and put the key back where it belongs.

Do your housekeepers accept tips?

While tips aren’t expected, we’re allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service, while others provide a large tip at the end of the year. You can also leave a review on Google. We love hearing that our work is appreciated!

What if I'm not satisfied?

If you are not completely satisfied with our residential cleaning services, just call us within 24 hours. We'll come back and redo any missed spots/areas completely free of charge. Our goal is to win your respect, your repeat business, and, if you are willing, your positive review!

Can I provide my team with special instructions?

Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Your preferences give us the structure we need to enhance your cleaning experience and ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your home’s level of cleanliness. In order to be sure that your preferences are recorded in your cleaning plan, we recommend that you call us directly. We would be happy to log your needs in your file so you don’t have to reiterate them every time we arrive for service.
