What does a Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning include?

Our Move-In/Move-Out service is our most comprehensive cleaning. We clean every area from ceiling to floor—including inside appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher), interior and exterior of all cabinets, closets, windows and tracks, blinds, removal of hard water stains and mold, and thorough cleaning of all surfaces. Do you clean inside appliances and cabinets?

Yes! Unlike standard cleaning services, our Move-In/Move-Out includes deep cleaning of appliance interiors (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and all cabinets inside and out. We also clean on top of cabinets and appliances where accessible, behind appliances if they're not built-in, and even the dishwasher filter. This thorough approach ensures your Tampa or Orlando home is truly move-in ready.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

No, you don't need to be home! In fact, most move-in/move-out cleanings happen while clients are busy with moving logistics. You can provide us with access through a lockbox, spare key, or coordinate with your landlord or realtor. Our team is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, so your property is in safe, professional hands whether you're there or not.

How long does a Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning take?

Typically 4-8 hours depending on the size of the home and its condition. Because we're cleaning inside appliances, cabinets, closets, and every detail from ceiling to floor, this service requires more time than standard cleaning. Empty homes allow us to work more efficiently. We'll provide you with an estimated timeframe when you book based on your home's square footage and specific needs.

Can I book this service on short notice?

While we try our best to accommodate last-minute requests, we recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Given the comprehensive nature of this service (4-8 hours), advance scheduling helps us allocate the proper team size and ensure we deliver the thorough results you deserve without rushing.
